Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
The short version.
We do not run ads. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone, and we never have. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, or location, and the game has no chat, no messaging, and no way to type text that other players can see.
To play, we need to tell your device apart from other devices. We do that with a random identifier that is not connected to your real-world identity. That identifier, and the game progress attached to it, is essentially all we hold.
This policy explains what MILACHAN Gaming ("we", "us") collects when you play Bubble Craps, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the Bubble Craps mobile and desktop applications, the browser version, and this website.
We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at privacy@realbubblecraps.com.
1. What we collect
When you play the game
| What | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Player ID: a random identifier created on your device the first time you launch the game | It is how your progress is stored and found again. It is not derived from anything about you or your device hardware. |
| An anonymous cloud identifier issued by our hosting provider | Lets your device talk to our servers without an account. |
| A platform ID from Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, or a similar service, only if you choose to sign in | Lets your progress survive a lost or replaced device. Signing in is entirely optional. We receive an identifier from the platform, never your email address or real name. |
| Your display name | Generated by our servers from a word list, for example "ShrewdFlare46". You can regenerate it. You cannot type your own, by design. |
| Game progress: gem balance, items you own, career progress, achievements, scores, leaderboard position, and multiplayer match records | It is the game. Without it you would start over every launch. |
| Gameplay events: which screens and features are used, plus your app version, platform (iOS, Android, or web), and a session identifier that changes each time you launch | Tells us which parts of the game people actually use and where it breaks, so we can fix and improve it. |
When you use this website
- Feedback you send us. The feedback form takes a message and, optionally, an email address. The email field is optional and exists only so we can reply to you. If you leave it blank we still receive your message; we simply cannot respond.
- Standard server logs. Like every website, ours records requests, including the IP address they came from, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
2. What we never collect
The game is built to strip these before anything leaves your device, and our servers reject them:
- Your real name, email address, or phone number
- Your date of birth
- Your location or GPS data
- Your device's advertising identifier, IMEI, or any hardware serial number
- Your IP address, within gameplay data
- Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
- Anything you type. The game has no chat, no messaging, and no user-written names. Reactions during a match are chosen from a fixed set we publish. You cannot send text to another player.
3. No advertising, no tracking, no data sales
- We show no ads, and have no plans to. No advertising network receives anything about you.
- We use no third-party analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising SDK, and no social media pixel in the game or on this website.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are used under California law or any other privacy law, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites. Your Player ID exists only within Bubble Craps.
- This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device for tracking purposes.
4. Why we process your information, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Running the game, saving your progress, matching you with other players, and keeping leaderboards | Performance of a contract. You cannot play without it |
| Understanding which features are used and diagnosing problems | Legitimate interests. Improving a product we offer. The data is pseudonymous, short-lived, never sold, and never used to advertise to you. |
| Keeping the game fair by detecting cheating and abuse of the gem economy | Legitimate interests. Protecting the game and honest players |
| Replying to feedback you send us | Legitimate interests. Answering a message you chose to send |
| Meeting our legal obligations | Legal obligation |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object. See section 8.
5. Who else sees your information
We do not sell your data or hand it to advertisers. It reaches:
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the game's servers and databases on our behalf. AWS processes data only on our instructions.
- Apple, Google, or another platform, but only if you choose to sign in with their gaming service, and only to confirm the sign-in and enable features such as achievements. What they then do is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Other players, who see your display name, your chosen avatar, your bets during a shared match, and any reactions you send. They never see anything else.
- Law enforcement or a regulator, if we are legally required to disclose something.
6. Where your information is processed
Our servers are in the United States, in Amazon Web Services' Oregon region. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or elsewhere outside the United States, your information is transferred there and processed under Standard Contractual Clauses approved for that purpose, which our hosting provider maintains.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and game progress: until you delete it, or until the account has been inactive long enough that we retire it.
- Gameplay events: automatically deleted 90 days after they are recorded. This is enforced by the database itself, not by someone remembering to run a cleanup.
- Feedback messages: kept while we work through them, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a short period for security and reliability, then discarded.
8. Your rights
We grant these rights to every player, everywhere, not only where the law requires it. You can ask us to:
- Access a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your account and data (see section 9)
- Export your data in a machine-readable format
- Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests, including gameplay events
How to make a request. Because we deliberately hold nothing that identifies you personally, we cannot find your records from your name or email address. We need your Player ID. Where the game displays it, you will find it in the game's settings. Email it to privacy@realbubblecraps.com and tell us what you would like done. If you cannot locate it, write to us anyway and we will do what we can to identify your records from whatever you are able to tell us. We respond within 30 days.
If you have lost access to the device and cannot retrieve your Player ID, and you never signed in with a platform account, there may be no way for us to identify your records. That is a consequence of collecting so little about you, and we would rather explain it than collect more.
If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Deleting your account
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period, and nothing can be restored afterwards, including anything you may have paid for.
You can delete your account from inside the game: open Settings and choose Delete Account. That is the fastest route and it does exactly what this section describes. You can also email your Player ID to privacy@realbubblecraps.com and ask us to do it for you.
When you do, we permanently erase:
- Your player record, gem balance, and every item you own
- Your career progress, achievements, and personal bests
- Your display name and avatar
- Your leaderboard entries
- The links between your Player ID and any platform account you signed in with
- Any feedback you sent us, where you ask us to
What happens to gameplay events. We delete your player record and every identity link immediately. Once those are gone, any remaining event rows contain a random identifier that no longer connects to you, to a device, or to any account. By then it is data about nobody. Those rows expire on their normal 90-day schedule.
10. Children
Bubble Craps simulates casino gambling. It is rated for adults, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, or under the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email privacy@realbubblecraps.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
Traffic between the game and our servers is encrypted in transit, and data at rest is encrypted by our hosting provider. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but the honest mitigation here is that we hold very little worth stealing: no names, no email addresses, no payment details, no passwords.
Purchases, if you ever make one, are handled entirely by Apple, Google, or the store you bought through. We never see or store your payment details.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the game changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. If we ever make a change that materially reduces your privacy, such as collecting a new category of information or using what we hold for a genuinely new purpose, we will give notice in the game before it takes effect.
